- Basic Vehicle Limited Warranty: 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first.
- Battery & Drive Unit Limited Warranty: 8 years — 100,000 mi (Model 3 RWD / Model Y RWD), 120,000 mi (Model 3 & Y Long Range/Performance), 150,000 mi (Model S, Model X & Cybertruck) with at least 70% battery capacity retention.
- Supplemental restraint system: 5 years or 60,000 miles. Body rust perforation: 12 years, unlimited miles.
Shipping & delivery
- Timeline: 2–4 weeks for in-stock vehicles after payment confirmation; 4–8 weeks for custom builds and Cybercab.
- Method: Fully insured, enclosed transport directly to your home, office or a delivery center.
- Handover: A delivery specialist schedules your appointment and walks you through every feature.
- Accessories: Ship within 3–5 business days with tracking.
Return policy
- Vehicles: Return within 7 days or 1,000 miles of delivery (whichever comes first) in original condition with no damage.
- Accessories: Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method. Crypto refunds are returned in the same currency at the USD value paid.
